The Dolce Vita House is our elegant and spacious ( 65 square meters or 700 square feet) one-bedroom, just two blocks from Place Carnot and Hospices de Beaune and near the Place des Halles market street. Arty decorated salon and tall windows that fill the rooms with sunshine, the Dolce Vita House offers the best of Beaune living. This beautiful rental features a modern kitchen and an open plan dining area to enjoy the best produce from the Beaune markets.

The house is displayed on 3 levels. You enter to the Ground Floor ( First Floor US) from the main street. At this level you will find a washer, a dryer and a half bath ( WC & sink). The wooden staircase takes to to the First Floor ( Second Floor US).
At the First Floor ( Second Floor US) you will find a large living area with an open plan kitchen, a large wooden table, a living area with a confortable couch, an armchair and a coffee table. There is a large screen if you enjoy watching it. The living area is bright and airy, 2 large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Second Floor ( or Third Floor US) is the Master Bedroom and the Full Bathroom. The bed is a kingsize bed, coton and linen white sheets, fluffy bath towels. The Bathroom is accessible at the same level as the bedroom. It has a shower, sink, toilet, shower gel, soap and hair dryer.

Additional features are the iron board, iron, washing liquid, kitchen starter supplies, welcome present.

Not suited to guests with low mobility as it has 2 flights of steps. 2 AC mobile units set up in the summer. Your #Stay In Beaune is going to be memorable.
