I asked for a ground floor room due to handicap/mobility issues. When I checked in, the desk clerk said they didn't have any and put me on the third floor and additionally, that the elevator didn't work. I again told themI needed a ground floor do to handicap accessibility and I quote, "Well, sir, you don't look handicapped to me." This was a very inappropriate response as all handicapped people do not look handicapped. They weren’t apologetic and did absolutely nothing to help with the situation. Since we booked the room via Expedia, we had no choice but to remain there. Getting luggage up three flights of stairs and having to maneuver them multiple times a day in order to participate in the reason for being there made my stay very painful and unenjoyable. Anyone dealing with the public needs to take a serious customer service training course on how to deal with people, especially those with disabilities. We should have been notified, or the broken elevator should have been listed on the booking site. Completely disappointed with the entire experience.

The property is nice and clean but it took 2 hours to check in and we were told at check in that our room was taken by someone else and then the lady checking us in gave us a single room and told me to see if it had a sleeper sofa for my kids and low and behold it didn't. So back down the stairs and finally got a room.

Overall it was okay
The lobby, breakfast area and rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The elevator kept breaking and the furniture in the room you definitely could tell had been water damaged, still it was okay. The real issue is the beds they are not comfortable at all unless you like hard mattresses. We were told it was going to be remodeled which would be great. Again the staff was friendly and responded quickly to our needs.
