Quietly situated villa with 1.500sqm beautifully landscaped garden and pool (10x5m) for up to 6 persons in fantastic nature, close to Mont Ventoux. First letting after change of ownership and complete renovation and refurnishing of the house in August 2023. The bedrooms and the living/dining area are equipped with allergy-friendly reversible air conditioning and oak parquet flooring. Internet connection via fibre optics. Television with mainly French channels. The high-quality TV set with 55-inch screen has an additional HDMI cable for connecting your own laptop. Room layout: Ground floor: hallway with spacious wardrobe, living and dining area with small library, maps and game collection, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, very spacious bathroom with large Italian shower area, washbasin, WC. Bedroom with bed 160x200cm and adjoining 2nd bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin). Upper floor: gallery, 1 bedroom with bed 160x200cm, another bedroom with bed 140x200cm. The upper floor is reduced in room heights by roof pitch and beams: maximum height 2.20m, minimum height 1.20m. All bedrooms and the ground floor window facing west are equipped with very effective insect screen blinds. To the garden side, there is a very large tiled terrace with a covered dining area and window side for 6 people. At the front there is another spacious terrace area with table and 4 chairs. By the pool there is another spacious seating area with table and 6 patio chairs as well as various sun loungers for the garden. A 10sqm lockable room in the annexe with electricity is available as secure storage for bicycles, equipment, suitcases, etc. On the front lower part of the property is a spacious parking area with parking for at least 3 cars. The house and property are situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the hamlet of Les Alazards on a plateau with picturesque views of the foothills of Mont Ventoux on all sides. The cultivation of cherries, apricots, vines, plums, almonds, lavender provides a very charming fragrance and blossom in spring and summer. In the very tranquil idyll of Les Alazards, mainly agricultural traffic is to be expected only occasionally. The nearest shopping facilities are in Malaucène, 6 km away. There are many restaurants in the area serving Provençal dishes and regional wines. In nearby Malaucène with its numerous cafés and bakeries, it is worth visiting the weekly market with its local (organic) products such as fruits and vegetables, olives and olive oil, cheese, honey, jam, baked goods, ceramics etc.

Heel mooi huis in een fantastische omgeving. De tuin is een klein paradijsje. Het huis is heel gerieflijk. Met een grote zeer mooie badkamer en een eerder kleine hele mooie badkamer. De airco’s werken super goed. Het zwembad is zalig. Ik wil hier zeker nog naartoe gaan.
