Independent WC. WIFI internet connection. Terrace South with garden furniture. Bed linen included + made beds and bed linen included. Common with the Gîte 2nd washer + dryer. Floor (attic part included) total area: 78 m². Aggregatable gite with the 73G 24202 cottage. Areches ski at 1 km. Bersend 3 km cross-country skiing. Binding Hauteluce - seizures/Espace Diamant 13 km.
