Total floor area: 176 m² including attic areas. Balcony + terrace + natural land (partly sloping). Wood to be paid directly to the owner. Traditional family chalet 6 km from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant ski area & 8 km from the family resort of Arèches. Charming typical hamlet. Quiet residential area. South hillside.
