Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home is the perfect retreat for families, couples, and even your four-legged friends—because yes, Beautime is pet friendly!
Step inside to experience a spacious open-living concept with clean, modern finishes and a comfortable layout designed for gathering and relaxation. The spacious kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare your favorite family meals. The living and dining areas provide the ideal gathering space for game nights, movie marathons, or simply unwinding after a day on the water.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the first floor, offering privacy and easy access. This serene retreat features a plush king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, creating the perfect place to recharge.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a shared full bath, offering comfortable accommodations for the rest of your group. One of these bedrooms is equipped with a desk, providing a dedicated workspace for catching up on emails, remote work, or quiet study time.
Beyond the home, the Beau Coast community amenities elevate your stay. Bed Configuration:
2 Kings. 1 Queen and 2 Double Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 2 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Other notes:
-Property has outdoor cameras for security purposes only.
-No smoking.
-Maximum pets allowed is two.
-Bedroom 4 is located off of Bedroom 3 and has a door.
-Pool Season is approximately, Mid-May – Mid-September • POOL HOURS: 9am – 10pm NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. The pool deck opens at 9:00 am and the pool opens at 10:00 am. No swimming in the pool prior to 10:00 am.
-Kayaks in garage are NOT for guest use
-The driveway is small and can only park a compact car or golf cart. Parking is available on the parking pad behind the house or on street. 
-Parking anything other than 2-axle cars/trucks is prohibited. So no trailers/boats
-Short-term boat storage is available at a designated lot located directly across from the boathouse. The most recent rate shared was $10 per day; however, pricing is subject to change. If you would like additional details, including contact information, we’re happy to provide it upon request.

Great Vacation!

The house was perfect, great location, comfortable and clean! All the extras we needed for our family vacation. The kids loved being able to hop on the bikes and ride around the neighborhood. We loved the pool as well.

Property was as advertised! Beautiful home, plenty of space for our family, clean and inviting. Pool and indoor game area on site was a short walk and convenient for the kids. Short drive to downtown Beaufort and Atlantic beach. Home owner was very responsive!

Beau time is fabulous

Greg was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is in a great neighborhood with a nice pool, very close by. The house has two beach bicycles, a gas grill and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Beautiful home and great neighborhood with amenities

There were nine of us that stayed here. The house was very nice and accommodated all of us perfectly. We were about 20 minutes away from Atlantic Beach, and only 5-10 minutes from shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very nice, with the pool and clubhouse/fitness center less than a block away. The neighbors were all very friendly as well. We would definitely stay here again. I recommend this property to anyone with a semi-large group and/or people who appreciate a nice space to stay.

Beau-tiful house in beautiful town

We had a great time visiting Beaufort, NC! The Beau Coast community is just a short walk from the waterfront and the house itself is located just around the corner from the community pool and recreational center. The whole area is very walkable and feels extremely safe. Downtown Beaufort is just a pleasant bike ride away along the creek and gorgeous water front homes. The host was very responsive and helpful and his property is just as depicted and described in the listing. Beaufort just might be North Carolina’s best kept secret and I hope it stays that way.

This place has it all!

Our group of six adults really enjoyed our stay at Beau Time was fantastic! The property was clean, spacious and located in the center of the Beau Coast property. It was close to all of the additional amenities that the community provided. Everything was clean and easy to access. Greg was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. We will be back!

This place was an absolute gem!!! The house was immaculate and actually was better than the pictures and had an additional bedroom. The community was best described my our teenagers as “something out of a Hallmark Movie.” Traveling into town was a special treat as it was so beautiful and lots to do. We enjoyed a trip to Sand Dollar Island. We hated to leave! This is a place you want to stay forever.

Great location and excellent accommodation!

Beautifully decorated coastal vacation home which is only a short walk from the pool and clubhouse. The neighbors on either side of the home as well as the owner were very helpful and friendly. This always makes a trip much more enjoyable ! This area has many attractions to visit and some truly great restaurants ! We really enjoyed The Beaufort Grocery on Queens and the restaurant at the Beaufort Hotel.

You will never want to leave

Absolutely stunning property and community. All of our family from little kids, to teens, and adults had so much fun. There are so many things to enjoy right in the neighborhood. The property is so close to the pool and community center you can walk. The short drive to downtown is just so beautiful and everything is just easy living while on vacation. The home itself was spectacular. It was beautifully decorated and stocked to the fullest, not to mention it was spotless. We didn't have to worry about anything. We will definitely be back.

This is the perfect house and location. I cannot say enough about it. We had an amazing time!

The entire process start to finish was so easy and the stay was wonderful. Everyone in the neighborhood is so kind and friendly. We loved the neighbors dog Cricket. Perfect for bike riding! The pool is awesome and the food at Traders is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Summer vacation family reunion

My sister owns a home in this same development so renting in this community was perfect so our kids could spend some quality time together. We brought the girls scooters and they all had a great time just riding around, playing ping pong and hanging by the pool. The neighbors on both sides were super friendly and never made us even feel like we were renters. The house itself was absolutely perfect!! The layout worked great for us as each kid had their own bed. We had all of the amenities of home! I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. The town of Beaufort had charm as well and everything was a bike ride or walkable.

Nice stay

The house is beautiful, but toilets had rings in them & in the master bath there were hairs in corners of the floor & in shower. The previous renters didn’t empty outdoor trash so there were a lot of flys. My husband cleaned maggots out of garbage can once garbage was collected. Overall it was a nice stay. Thanks for sharing your rental with us.

Beautiful home in great location
