Called prior to check in to let the hotel know we were coming after the Morgan Wallen concert. I booked a room with 2 beds. Got there at 12:45am and they tried to give us a single bed room. Said they were completely sold out. We have to drive 5 hrs back to Indy. I want a refund and I am livid this happened!!!

We booked the room online about 10 minutes before we arrived. We had absolutely no trouble checking in as soon as got there. Super smooth and fast, were given our complementary water, key cards, breakfast and wifi info and headed to our room in less than 10 minutes, possibly even 5. Clean room, nice shower, good breakfast. Didn't use any of the other amenities so can't speak to them. Overall, a good stay, especially on short notice.

The room we had was honestly quite nice the beds comfortable and clean with a modern look. Drippy water faucet was a small minus but closing the bathroom door did the trick. Decent breakfast especially the premade little omelets. Coffee was mediocre unfortunately “.
