Pretty nice
This is a very nice hotel. I have few notes. The room was beautiful and very clean. We stayed in an accessible room that was overall very well thought out. The shower head for the shower chair would not lock in position and kept sliding down. Not sure if that’s me not having strong enough hands for the task, but if accessibility is the objective, make it usable for everyone eh?The breakfast was nice, but they ran out of a few things well before breakfast was over. That could use better monitoring. The staff smoke too close to the doors. Some of us are very sensitive/ allergic to smoke. That’s a really easy fix. We had a woman from the hotel enter our room around 10am the morning we were scheduled to check out. No explanation or anything, just walked in. That could’ve gone really poorly in a few different directions. We pay for use of the room and the privacy that affords us. Y’all need to respect that. If there’s a chance someone hasn’t checked out, you need to THOROUGHLY announce yourself or better yet, leave us alone until checkout time.
