Hotels & Accommodation near beach near Konaklı Alaettinoğlu Kültür Parkı

Unfortunately I was unable to give this hotel 5 star. I will list good points as some of them would be 5 star but overall unable to. Firstly 2 of our rooms were booked under halalbookong and 1 via hotels.com. all 3 rooms were seperated one room on 2nd floor and 1 room on 3rd floor and other room on 3 Rd floor but other side. We were told to check the following day to see if the one from 2nd floor can be moved next to either as alot were checking out. Following day went to guest relations who refused to change the room saying because we booked through agency even tho one booking and not directly from them cannot change the room altho the hotel was half empty by then too. So I found this moy good and not accommodating for the family fo 13 including kids. This was not great service as the rooms were availibke and they refused to do this. The food was the same pretty much everyday only friday was nice. But overall not much variety and not much international variety. Alot of amenities were closed such as salon. Mini club outdoor and also the kids swimming pool and one of the aqua parks Also disadvantage was time timing for the jacuzzi and sauna this all closed at 6pm which should really be open till later as outdoor pools close at 5 so the timings here were not great indoor ones shoudl have been open later atleast till 8pm The good things were how clean the hotel was The housekeeping staff amazing The staff at the cafes/ food places in the hotel all excellent. Best of all
