This two bedroom two bath sleeps four in ultimate comfort. An open concept floor plan with 10 foot ceilings is flooded with light from 3 sliding glass doors. Catch bay views from the front deck. The master suite with queen bed has a full bath with pebble floor, jetted tub, and tiled shower. The guest room with queen bed is spacious and features floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy hardwood floors, central AC, tankless water heater, washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, center island with breakfast bar, and wine cooler. An adjacent deck has a hard gas line for the barbeque grill. Two dedicated parking spots. Walk to everything LBI has to offer such as highly rated restaurants, marinas, nightlife, mini golf, ice cream, and more. There is a yoga studio on the first floor. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use.
