Floating on the clear waters of the lake, this home boasts a contemporary interior, shiplap accents, and a fun lofted layout that will allow each guest to feel welcome and relaxed in no time. The first floor is home to the full kitchen that will come in handy for whipping up tasty meals and ample seating including a full futon to kick back and relax after a day on the lake. Head upstairs and you will find the adorable loft complete with a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and access to the private balcony where you can gather around the fire pit and sip a cocktail as the sun goes down.

perfect solo getaway
The Pend Orielle Perch is a perfect getaway for one! My first morning in I already knew I needed an extra night. It was peaceful and clean. I would stay there again!

Cute and adorable
My overall stay was great with a huge hiccup, when I arrived I did not have water working, the group that manages this property, Vacasa, was already on it, but it took until the next morning until I had water to shower with and be able to flush the toilet or even yet drink...although this was a short lived problem it still sort of ruined my first night..but I would go again

If staying here just know that the key is in the right side lock box and it has a float attached to
Amazing location and peaceful just know the house has a few corks breaker for stove trips and lock box on the right side is the one you need and the float key chain makes it difficult to open. I would definitely return to this house on the lake !!!

Not as advertised
I was contacted approximately 2 hours prior to check in that the wifi was not hooked up due to a snafu with the cable company. I had already travelled 5 hours so I couldn't turn around nor spend more money on another lodging option. This ruined my entire vacation as I had no wifi to work and nowhere to go to sit all day and have video meetings. This cost me two days of missed work! I couldn't even watch the Television and had no cell service to be able to reach anyone. This would have been fine because I communicate via an app that uses wifi but I did not have any. I should've been given the option to cancel way before 2 hours prior to check in. This is unacceptable and I want my money refunded.
