We didn’t have hot water for 3 days!! Then the last night sitting on the toilet, water from the room above us started pouring down on top of me. Ask for a discount or refund for the days we had no hot water and they said no. They would give us a 10% discount on our next stay. We will never stay here ever again!! Go someplace else!!
