The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less. The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

Several issues during check-in, the room was in bad condition and service in all restaraunts was terrible. Staff members eventually helped me to resolve the problems.

Didn't use the pool or gym. The room was clean, the front desk staff and restaurant bar were very nice, and the food and drinks were good. There isn't much around the area, but it is easily accessible to the surrounding neighborhoods. Security is a bit tight.
