Great location close to town centre and river Allier. Rrally helpful staff on reception and at bar ( shame about restaurant manager who was unnecessarily inflexible and lavking any customer service!)

Le personnel Ă  l’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able. Par contre la rĂ©servation Ă©tait pour une chambre Ă  2 lits simples et en fait il y avait un lit double et un lit d appoint par fauteuil dĂ©pliable. Pourtant j avais eu un appel de l hĂŽtel le matin mĂȘme et rien ne m a Ă©tĂ© signifiĂ©. Et j Ă©tais avec d autres personnes qui ont rĂ©servĂ© aprĂšs moi et qui ont bien eu une chambre avec deux vrais lits simples. Je ne comprends donc pas. Ce type de lit depliable peut bine convenir Ă  un enfant un peu moins Ă  un adulte. Et la moindre des choses aurait Ă©tĂ© de m’en informer en amont de mon arrivĂ©e, ou Ă  l arrivĂ©e que je ne le dĂ©couvre pas par moi mĂȘme en entrant dans la chambre. Je suis déçue. D autre part il serait bien que le rĂ©glage du chauffage puisse s effectuer avec un indicateur de tempĂ©rature. Le rĂ©glage de la tempĂ©rature serait moins alĂ©atoire.
