Umgeben von der Festspielstadt Salzburg, der Kurstadt Bad Reichenhall und dem Nationalpark Berchtesgaden mit unzähligen Freizeitmöglichkeiten und kulturellen Angeboten werden keine Wünsche unerfüllt bleiben.
In unserem Ferienhaus können Sie durch den weitläufigen Garten schlendern oder von den beiden großen Sonnenterrassen die wunderschöne Bergwelt von Untersberg, Lattengebirge, Predigtstuhl bis hin zum Hochstaufen genießen.
Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine schöne Landhaus-Küche ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, E-Herd mit Backrohr, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühl- und Gefrierkombination und einem Holzofen, sowie allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien. Im 40 qm großen Wohn- und Esszimmer finden unsere Gäste genügend Platz zum Relaxen und gemütlichen Beisammensein.
Ein kleines, liebevoll eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer mit breitem Bett und Babybettchen befinden sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoß. Im Obergeschoß befinden sich drei große Schlafzimmer alle mit Balkon, eines ca. 24 qm groß mit Doppelbett und einem Gitterbett für unsere kleinen Gäste. Die beiden anderen sind jeweils mit einem 140 cm breitem Bett und einer Coach oder Relax Ecke ausgestattet. Badewanne und Dusche im geräumigen Badezimmer ergänzen unser Obergeschoß. Es befindet sich in jedem Stockwerk ein WC. Handtücher sowie Bett- und Tischwäsche stehen natürlich zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch werden auch ein Wickeltisch mit Babybadewanne, Kinderhochstühle und zusätzliche Kinderbetten zur Verfügung gestellt.
Im Kellergeschoß befindet sich eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Dampfbügelstation und einem Wäscheständer.
