The hotel itself is quite good. Comfortable rooms, very nice breakfast. The hotel also was nice in checking in my travel companion before I arrived. However the airport proximity was a big disappointment! It did look closer to the airport when I was booking it. I was looking for hotel in walking distance. In fact it is about 40 mins walk. We planned to stay there for one night arriving to Munich airport quite late in the evening before commuting further. We had a lot of luggage with us. Initially planned to keep the luggage in the airport storage but it was closed so late. We had to take it with us. No taxi wanted to take us to the hotel! I think it is quite typical when you try to get to nearby airport hotel that they don’t want to do it. The hotel cancelled hotel shuttle for “sustainability” reasons and we had to take a public bus. With a lot of luggage it was extremely inconvenient. So for easiness to get to the hotel I score them 0. The whole point of using “airport” hotel is convenience in commute between airport and hotel for all type of customers including those with big luggage and arriving late.

Pros: Very aesthetic and clean. Staff very friendly. Room was ready earlier than check in time which was a plus. Water infused with fruits in the lobby with coffee machine as well. Cons: the tv was not accessing apps like Netflix or YouTube. Only cable with German channels.
