Pretty in Pink: Fully Renovated 1870 Gem in Old Town

This 1870 home on the Hancock County Historical Registry has been lovingly restored and renovated, with the original floors and beadboard ceilings rediscovered and refinished in the original cottage. Cypress siding has been brought back to its former glory on the original structure as well. The square footage of the home has been nearly doubled with an addition, allowing for a massive primary suite, among other enhancements like a chef's dream of a kitchen with Italian appliances that includes a wine fridge because it's 5 o'clock somewhere.

Walk to town and enjoy the one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants, or simply chill on the tanning ledge in the heated, saltwater pool. It will be hard to leave this space, and you'll want to come back again and again.

Absolutely beautiful! Down to the smallest detail this home is exquisite. The pool area is so relaxing. The host is very responsive. We will definitely be back.
