Isole apartment is located on the second floor with lift of the new Le Isole residential complex in Baveno and has been completely refurbished. The entrance leads to the modernly furnished living room with lake view, equipped with a sofa, TV, and modern open kitchen with all appliances. Opposite the living room is a beautiful covered terrace with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the Borromeo islands. There are two bedrooms, both double, one with lake view and a small covered terrace. The flat has two bathrooms, both with showers, and one also has a washing machine. Taking the lift up to the roof terrace, there is a beautiful swimming pool (seasonal) with a wonderful view of the gulf and the islands. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers available to all residents of Le Isole Residence. On the ground floor, there is a reserved covered parking space in the communal garage. In front of the entrance to the residence, a few steps away, there is a small beach from where you can access the lake and get closer with a small boat. The complex is a 3-minute drive from the centre of Baveno and 2 minutes from Stresa, in a perfect location with incredible views.
