Great apart-hotel...room was big and clean, staff were really helpful, location was good, near the stadium. Can be a little annoying waiting for the elevator, specially if you are on a high floor as I was...but I think this is pretty common for all the high rise hotels in batumi. Overall has great stay there, and for the price, would definitely stay there again on next trip there.

Fiyat performans oteli tam. Normal check-in saati 15:00.

Very disappointing stay. The fridge in our room didn’t work, and despite several requests, nobody ever came to fix it. The room was only cleaned after we asked multiple times, and even then, shampoo and body wash were not replenished. When we ran out of coffee, it took hours to get a response and even longer to receive new coffee sachets. The doors are very noisy and squeaky, the air conditioning did not work properly at night, and both the room and hallways were uncomfortably hot. There is no safe in the room, and although there is a balcony, there are no chairs to sit on. Overall, the service was poor and did not meet basic hotel standards. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Beklememizi soyledi. Biraz bekleyip baska bir gorevliye durumu anlattim. Bizim beklemeden gecmemiz gerektigini soyleyip birini yonlendirdi o kisi yardimci oldu ancak bize yanlis oda verdi. Sonra onu duzelttiler oda degistirdik. Yeni oda temiz ve genisti. Memnun kaldik. Ancak cikis yaparken yine beklememiz istendi. Beklerken resepsiyon aralarinda sohbet ederek mouse pilini degistirmekle ugrasti. Isimiz bitti mi diye sordugumda bizi unuttuklarini farkedip evet deyip cikmamiza sonunda izin verdiler. Ozetle otelin personeli cok ciddiyetsiz ve musteri odakli degil. Guvenlik saciyla musteriden daha fazla ilgili. Resepsiyondaki kizlar aralarinda sohbet etmekten otel misafirine zaman ayiramiyor. Bir daha gelsem kalmam hizmeti begenmedim.
