The window was very tiny and wasn't facing outside. Good breakfast options for the price you pay. The brewed tea and cold fruit punch in the lobby was and excellent bonus to unwind at the end of the day.

This is a wonderful hotel with truly kind, welcoming, and helpful staff. The room was small, but served my needs well - I found it to be very good value. I initially had some WiFi issues (my phone wouldn't connect from the bed area), but solved it by using my computer as a hotspot.The free breakfast every morning was delicious and varied. I loved my time here so much and would absolutely come back. I originally booked for four nights and ended up staying another four. I didn't want to leave! Don't hesitate to book here. Thank you all for a great stay in Van! :)

This hotel is suitable for a short one-night stay, but there were several issues that affected my experience. The blankets were not clean, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, especially noticeable when I was trying to sleep. Additionally, the quality of the breakfast was quite poor.

The hotel building is new and suitable room design and enough light. The accessibility of the hotel is excellent and the distance from the hotel to restaurants and shopping centers (5 minutes walk), currency exchange (3 minutes walk), to the city center (10 minutes walk).
