It was clean, very quiet and cozy the kitchen had everything needed to cook, the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was clean and spacious the hot water was perfect, the beds were extremely extremely comfortable and it was very spacious inside the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here again if I need to go back to Batesville I absolutely loved the place!!!

The unit is as spotless and Tricia was great to work with. This was my 2nd stay and I highly recommend this for your stay beds are comfortable and it’s perfect to unwind and spread out. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything in Batesville.

We came in to town for the Christmas lights.Wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was so cheap but we were completely surprised at how much we absolutely loved this little gem! such a cute little place that provided all we needed, but reminded me of memories from my childhood. Quaint two bedroom one bath was perfect for all we needed. We will stay here again.

Cute yet spacious condo

Well-decorated place with two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open living space and kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen all that much, but everything else was wonderful (and it was great to get out of the southern heat into the nice A/C -- my New-Englander self was happy about that). The host was incredibly helpful and polite, no complaints here!
