Der Aufenthalt war gut. In der Ferienwohnung gab es alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht - hier wurde wirklich mitgedacht. Die Einrichtung war schlicht und angemessen. Ich persönlich bin absolut kein Fan von Duschvorhängen, aber für 5 Tage war es schon ertragbar.ABER es fehlten Insektenschutzgitter. Durch das Dachgeschoss, heizten sich die Räume trotz Verdunklung sehr auf. Man konnte abends nicht lüften, da schon nach 5 Minuten mehrere Mücken drin waren. Das war wirklich nicht optimal. Als Ergänzung würde ich auch einen weiteren Mülleimer für den Papiermüll empfehlen.

Blick über Ostsee

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist recht klein, so dass wir dort kaum gesessen haben. Die Wohnung insgesamt ist top! Zum Naturstrand führt direkt eine Straße, die einen einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Ostsee bietet.Am Ende der Straße befindet sich ein Parkplatz. Rechterhand sind viele Steine am Stand. Libkerhand befindet sich nach einem Steinstrand auch ein Sandstrand, der sehr schön ist. Es ist jedoch nicht zu vergleichen mit dem Strand, den man aus Seebändern kennt.

Erster Familienurlaub mit Kleinkind

Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl! Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Marmelade und selbstgemachten Apfelsaft, beides überlebte nicht mal Tag 2 *hehe* es war unser erster Urlaub mit Kind und unsere Gastgeber taten alles, damit wir einen möglichst unkomplizierten und erholsamen Aufenthalt hatten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war voll umfänglich, von Kindergeschirr bis zur kompletten Garnitur für's Bett und Badezimmer. Sogar ein Bollerwagen stand zur Verfügung, mit dem unser Kind sehr gerne mitgefahren ist. Gesellschaftsspiele, Liegestühle, Fallschutz fürs Bett...die Liste ließe sich lange weiterführen...einzig die Schokolade auf den Kissen fehlte (war aber auch nicht gewünscht hehe). Doch wo zu 99,99% Glückseligkeit herrscht, bleibt trotzdem Raum für Verbesserungen. Der Balkon hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen. Die Dekoration passend zum stimmigen maritimen Thema der Wohung haben durch Wind und Wetter deutlich gelitten. Hier und da bildete sich Moos, Taue ribbelten sich auf und die Befestigung von manchen Hühnergott löste sich auf (vor allem unter neugierigen Kinderhänden). Es hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, aber stand trotzdem im Gegensatz zur sonst einwandfreien wunderbar eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir würden wiederkommen oder anders gesagt...die erneute Buchung für 2023 ist in Planung!

Urlaub mit Familie, in den Ferien.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im kleinen Kägsdorf, in Mitten einem Naturreservat - unweit von Kühlungsborn. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt, beginnend mit der persönlichen Übergabe des Besitzers, inklusive kleiner Gastgeschenke. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Eine schöne kleine Dachterasse, ein Parkplatz im Grünen, rundeten den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Sollte man etwaige Ausflüge machen wollen, sollte man bereit sein, sein Fahrzeug oder Räder zu nutzen, die Flaniermeile Kühlungsborn ist ca. 5 km entfernt. Wir fanden die ruhige Lage, mit kurzer Entfernung zu Kühlungsborn - perfekt. Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt und empfehlen Euch vorbehaltlos!

Liebe zum Detail

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an NICHTS. Selbst die Strandttasche war schon für uns gepackt. Bequeme Betten, gemütlicher Balkon, geschmackvolle Dekoration, geräumiger Fahrradkeller, nette Vermieter. Viele Ausflugstipps lagen für uns bereit. Mit dem Rad war man schnell am Strand und in Kühlungsborn. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!!
