Wonderful two stories cottage with private swimming pool surrounded by pristine nature at close distance to many medieval villages, castles and towns full of art and history: Assisi, Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Bolsena and the south of Tuscany are all reachable within a maximum of an hour drive. The closest village offers a good restaurant and a nice cafe and is less than 1 mile away. The cottage sleeps 9 persons in 3 double bedrooms and 1 room with 3 twin beds. The house features a wide living room, a big winter dining room, two verandas with dining tables, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms of which 2 are en-suite, a guests bathroom and a very big garden with a large swimming pool. The property also features a private parking for 5 cars and is accessible with any kind of cars. The climate is cool and air conditioning is not needed.
