Teto do corredor dos quartos todo descascando, mofo na parede do banheiro e vazamento na pia, controle do ar funciona quando quer, cama de péssima qualidade, cortinas piores que a cama, Porta arrasta no chão, café da manhã foi até razoável no primeiro dia ( sábado), mas nó domingo foi horrível, haja vista só haver uma funcionária para fazer TUDO! servir, repor os itens, lavar a louça, retirar o que ficava nas mesas, etc. Ou seja, impossível! Diversos produtos acabaram e não houve reposição. E olha que a funcionária estava tentando! Realmente não consigo ver um ponto positivo para elogiar. Não volto!

O hotel se encontra em uma ótima localização, todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, quarto possuía um ótima ar condicionado, frigobar e camas muito confortáveis. A mesa de sinuca está de parabéns, pela qualidade. A única ressalva fica pelo fato de um recepcionista ter falado que poderíamos pedir para que as moças responsáveis pelo café da manhã, que fizessem lanches para levarmos aos nossos passeios. O dia que pedimos, disseram que poderíamos pegar o que quisermos ali, com exceção de algumas comidas que poderiam estragar e pediam que avisássemos na recepção que tínhamos pego e apenas no terceiro dia fazendo isso, descobrimos que era cobrada a retirada de comida do local do café da manhã. Cobrando um valor de 24 reais, independente do tanto de comida.

Fiquei somente uma noite , mais foi uma boa experiência, cama boa, boa limpeza , bom atendimento , gostei muito da área da piscina mais queria que ela fosse mais quentinha pra entrar a noite ;) , gosto de quarto bem escuro então tive que ir tampando uns leds que estavam no chão quarto , led da TV, led do USB na parede, depois que tampei ficou ótimo, enfim foi uma boa experiência, pessoal muito educado
