HOT TUB POLICY – PLEASE READ BEFORE USE
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these important rules:

Rules

- No children under 14 in the hot tub without adult supervision.
- No glassware in or around the hot tub. Plastic cups are provided.
- Shower before entering to remove lotions, dirt, and body oils.
- Do not use the hot tub while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- Do not add soaps, bath oils, or any foreign substances to the water.
- Do not sit, stand, or place objects on the hot tub cover.
- Always cover and latch the hot tub when not in use.
- Do not tamper with water level or filtration settings.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

- A $350 deep cleaning fee may apply if the hot tub requires draining and rebalancing due to misuse.
Additional charges may apply for damage to the hot tub or its cover.

Maintenance Audits

- Random audits may be conducted by our maintenance team to ensure the hot tub remains clean and functional.
These visits are brief and respectful of your privacy.
