Nice renovated single-storey house 300m from the beach (5 minutes walk) for 4 people. Calm neighborhood.
Free WIFI.
Fully enclosed garden, sunny all day with barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs.
The house is spacious for 4 people with a fully equipped modern kitchen, lots of storage, a wood burning stove and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Parking place in the yard.
A grocery store with a bread depot for your fresh baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolat is a 10 minute walk as well as a press tobacco, a beach bar where you can enjoy very good ice cream, waffles .. and also a hotel restaurant.
The village is 3 minutes by car with all amenities and a large supermarket for all your shopping.

Very comfortable, well equipped gite

Had a lovely 2 week stay. Communication with Alice was excellent. The gite is well equipped, comfortable & a short walk from the beach. The neighbourhood was quiet. There are plenty of amenities nearby - supermarkets, restaurants etc. We had such a good time that we've already booked for best year!

Quite and satisfactory

The property is well maintained and equipped with modern fittings and appliances. The location is quite and handy for the beach. The internet speed is not great and a personal hate is no plug in the sink of the bathroom. However, the shower is very good and spacious. The extension could do with some new panels and a better roof than just plastic panels. I’m sure that in summer it is not a problem but early in the season it’s a bit cold. We would certainly stay here again if in the area and the whole process and communications with Alice was great. We would certainly recommend the property to our friends. The outdoor space was great for our dog and he could not get out so would work well for children in the same way.

Beach holiday with young family

Fantastic property, well equipped and our toddlers loved the garden. Good location for the beach and shops only a short drive away. Alice and Luc were very welcoming and easy to contact. Excellent stay, thank you.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Wir waren 3 wochen mit hund bei Alice. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Leider ist der Juni 26 bereits ausgebucht. Immer wieder gerne.

SĂ©jour avec les petits-enfants

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos petits-enfants . Barneville est trÚs bien situé et est propice à de nombreuses sorties.Chemins cÎtiers, paysages magnifiques, sites touristiques etc. (Une semaine a été beaucoup trop court) . Alice est agréable et accueillante. Nous y reviendrons .

Schönes gemĂŒtlich eingerichtetes Haus mit verglaster Veranda und Kamin. Wir waren zu zweit mit 2 Hunden dort und finden die ĂŒberdachte Veranda als eine Art Schleuse zwischen großem Garten und Haus sehr praktisch. Außerdem gibt's einen gut funktionierenden Ofen um schöne WĂ€rme zu erzeugen. Die Ausstattung ist vollstĂ€ndig bis hin zum Austeroffner

Une semaine a barneville.

Une semaine c est beaucoup trop court dans cette maison au coeur du Cotentin. Tellement de choses Ă  faire et a voir, parfait pour profiter aussi de la plage du vĂ©lo pour toute la famille. On est aussi trĂšs bien placĂ© pour visiter ou faire les activitĂ©s. La maison est propre, spacieuse et confortable et la propriĂ©taire souriante et disponible. Notre seul regret est de ne pas ĂȘtre rester plus longtemps...

Sehr erholsame Ferien

Es waren 2 Wochen viller Entspannung fĂŒr Mensch und Hund in dem schönen Haus von Alice. Viel Ruhe ( und ab 22.00 Uhr absolute Dunkelheit in den Strassen um das Ferienhaus) und das Meer vor der HaustĂŒre, lange SpaziergĂ€nge am Strand oder in den DĂŒnen und den weiten Blick ĂŒber das Meer geniessen vom Leuchtturm in Carteret. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, ideal fĂŒr Familien, mit zwei separaten Schlafzmmern, einem Kamin, Wintergarten und einem grossen begrĂŒnten Garten, der komplett umzĂ€unt ist. Der Hund liebte seine Ferien! Die KĂŒche bietet alles fĂŒr die Selbstversorgung und fĂŒr den RosĂ© am Abend gibt es eine sympathische kleine Strandbar in LaufnĂ€he. Es war einfach wunderbar! By the way....Alice liebt Hunde. Danke dafĂŒr!
