The hotel is a means to an end when you Have an early flight I get it. However the staff are so rude to the point of ridiculous. I sent emails before I arrived regarding the airport shuttle- many in fact the reply was always rude. I arrived checkin staff rude -Dinner at the restaurant - staff rude - got up Early the next day for my flight - 2.30 am went to reception was told “ you do realise the airport doesn’t open until 4.30am” huh???? No I don’t given no one mentioned that to me despite the amount of times I spoke to staff about the airport shuttle!!! I wasn’t the only hotel guest to be ready for their flight to find this. All in all the staff here and indeed the management need to do better - I get it we are transient tourists but we were made to feel soo bad and it’s just not acceptable. My advice find something elsewhere if you can get the the airport on time foe your flight.

Excellent convenient hotel near Bari airport

We stayed here for one night before an early flight out of Bari. The checkin staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle service to the airport available 24 hours per day. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. There was a bar and restaurant but we didn’t use them

Very conveniently located hotel. Nice parking available as well. Beautiful lobby and nice room. A bit outdated with worn out carpeting. Rooms could use a refresh.

The hotel itself is lovely. Where to go to be picked up by the transport person to the hotel was very confusing. It’s on level 2 , door 6 in front of McDonalds. I was told level 3, door 1 by McDonalds. They were very nice, but for me with 2 pieces of luggage , it was difficult and involved 3 elevator trips. They should write the instructions on the confirmation slip.

We were a party of 3 staying in the hotel, we went for our meal, 2 were served there meal together, the other one had to wait 25 minutes longer, then the meal that was brought was the wrong one, Not even an apology! I had to wait another 20 minutes, requested some olive oil but waiter never brought it. Very poor service, really disappointed as we have stayed in this hotel a few times before

Rooms fine, service staff, rude and disrespectful.

The hotel was neat and clean. The room was very nice and comfortable. However, the service in the bar/lounge and dining area was the worst we have ever experienced. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. The bar people had no idea how to make very simple cocktails and took forever to figure out how. Every waiter acted like they were extremely put out that they had to serve us. The food took forever to get to our table and when it did arrive, it was almost inedible. My husband never got his food, our friend received something completely different than what she ordered. We had to beg for some bread, the service was horrible. Such a bad experience we have never had. The hotel is far away from any other restaurants, so you are stuck with these rude unwelcoming people. We were there two nights and wished we had never booked this hotel. Stay away from this one. You will be very uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Also the decor is stark and cold, just like the service people. Horrible experience!! Stay away!!!

Great location close to the airport for an overnight stay. Shuttle bus service was excellent, particularly when arriving after a day of travelling. We just phoned hotel and they were there in less than 10 minutes. Great recommendation from bar staff to try Puglian beer. So good I had a second.
