The hotel is a means to an end when you Have an early flight I get it. However the staff are so rude to the point of ridiculous. I sent emails before I arrived regarding the airport shuttle- many in fact the reply was always rude. I arrived checkin staff rude -Dinner at the restaurant - staff rude - got up Early the next day for my flight - 2.30 am went to reception was told “ you do realise the airport doesn’t open until 4.30am” huh???? No I don’t given no one mentioned that to me despite the amount of times I spoke to staff about the airport shuttle!!! I wasn’t the only hotel guest to be ready for their flight to find this. All in all the staff here and indeed the management need to do better - I get it we are transient tourists but we were made to feel soo bad and it’s just not acceptable. My advice find something elsewhere if you can get the the airport on time foe your flight.

I only stayed one night before a flight and it was great. I had dinner, food was good. Was something out of a movie scene because it was all singles at tables eating alone. They sat a female beside me (likely on purpose) we talked abs shared wine etc. great stay.

The female that cheated us in, was very NASTY & OBNOXIOUS!!! She yelled and talked over us, the gentleman on staff that was standing beside her had to talk to her about the way she treated me and my party. This is very inescapable and should not be tolerated by the hotel organization.

the hotl is located near the airport and little bit far from the center. if you have a car with you its ot a problem. breakfast is relatively fine / the sleeping mattress is vry hard and we loved it very much.

A convenient hotel for a short stay before flying. The airport shuttle was great the room was basis but clean and functional. Black out drapes were threadbare and didn’t do the job well. Food in the restaurant was not great. The breakfast was basic but the bacon and eggs were not good at all. Dinner the night before was also disappointing.
