If I could give this hotel 20 stars, I would. It’s practically brand new (less than five months old) and everything about it is exceptional. The location is perfect—right across from the bus station, with a pedestrian walkway behind the hotel that leads you through all the best shops in Bari, straight into Old Town and down to the ocean. No cars, just a beautiful walk. The hotel itself is state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed, fully accessible, and equipped with fast, modern elevators. Every detail in the rooms is well planned and comfortable. Parking is incredibly convenient—just about 20 steps to the right of the hotel. It can be a little tricky to find at first, but once you do, it couldn’t be easier. The staff truly made the experience. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The included breakfast was outstanding—one of the best we’ve had. And the rooftop bar? Absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere, excellent food, a talented chef, fantastic music, and a bartender who really made the experience special. This hotel exceeded every expectation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was good for an overnight stay because it is a 5min walk from the train station. The room was extremely small with two single beds. One thing that bothered us was that the room had no thermostat. I've never seen this in my life. We could not adjust the temperature! It was hotter than we would have liked, so we had to open the windows to cool it down, but it was noisy outside. For this reason, we didn't have a very good night's sleep.

Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho, café da manhã com boa variedade (embora repetitivo). Para acessar a portaria é preciso subir alguns lances de escada. Excelente localização, mas o hotel está sob gestão sofrível: quando lá estivemos, a ocupação era baixa, então - provavelmente para reduzir custos - o hotel desativou um dos dois minúsculos elevadores (fotos). Fomos obrigados a nos deslocar pela escada em várias ocasiões, para não perder tempo. O quarto estava quente, o controle do ar condicionado no quarto não respondia. Reclamamos e o atendente disse que não havia ar condicionado disponível no quarto e que nós dormíssemos com a janela aberta (mesmo com o ruído e a luminosidade vindos da rua). Então o hotel deixou de cumprir o papel básico de um hotel: oferecer repouso com conforto. No café da manhã, alguns itens são oferecidos em porções ridículas previamente preparadas (fotos). Ou seja, o hotel parece adotar uma política de redução de custos, em detrimento dos hóspedes. Não voltaremos.
Elevador que permaneceu desativado durante nossa estadia de 7 dias.
Tamanho do único elevador disponível no hotel (cabem duas ou três pessoas sem bagagem).
Dois itens fornecidos no café da manhã em porções (salada de frutas e suco de laranja).

El hotel tiene una localización excelente, al lado de la estación y 10 minutos a pie del centro histórico. Muy cerca hay variedad de restaurantes y el hotel cuenta con bar y restaurante, ambos fantásticos. Nosotros utilizamos los 2, la comida y servicio inmejorable y elegantes. El hotel está en el rooftop del hotel y hacen cocktails deliciosos. Por otra parte, comentar que el desayuno es muy completo y preparan unas tartas riquísimas, frescas cada día. La habitación era tranquila excepto la primera noche que era sábado y había un grupo con ganas de risas en el pasillo.
