Two-century-old house, recently renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. Located in the village center, it offers great accessibility and shops very close by.



The space

The ground floor features an entrance hall, one bedroom, a bathroom, dining room, snooker room, full bathroom, and kitchen. Upstairs, there is a living room with piano, office, two full bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), and four bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. The garden includes a pool and barbecue.

At the front of the house, there is an old threshing floor where you can park.
