We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Barcelonnette, this charming house of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers (adults, not adapted for the children). It is composed of a pretty living room of 30 m ² (with fireplace), of a kitchen equipped, of two beautiful rooms, a shower-room and you will be able to benefit from a garden of approximately 100 m ² as well as from a terrace. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, fireplace (functional), sofa and armchairs. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and a dining area for 4 guests. - Two bedrooms, one of which is upstairs, each with a double bed (140×190). - A shower room with Italian shower. - Separate toilet.
Outside : - A beautiful garden of 100 m² facing South. - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days. - A garage for one vehicle and the possibility of parking up to 3 vehicles in front of the house.

Logement entour point conforme à sa description et aux photos. Calme , bien exposé, spacieux et très bien équipé.Accès à pied au centre de Barcelonnette, à ses commerces et son marché.Un propriétaire accueillant, disponible et bon conseiller pour des activités dans la vallée qu’il connaît très bien. Chalet très propre, confortable et cosy; bien agencé et très bien équipé. La terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur la montagne est très agréable. Quartier calme, tout en étant proche du centre de Barcelonette.

Gîte très bien placé presque au centre ville de barcelonnette. Aménagement au Top. Bon accueil de notre hôte. Seule réserve un escalier pentu au sortir de la chambre à l’étage… très dangereux et à déconseiller aux enfants.
