A brief (TG) stay at the Inis

We did not have a car and I didn’t realise that its location was as remote as it was. We went to visit our daughter in Gronellers and it was really too far to walk and not pleasant as in the middle of an industrial estate. The staff were not friendly and when I asked for two extra pillows as the ones we had were not good, the woman said she had only one when I could see there was another in the same cupboard.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and smelled unpleasant. The staff was rude and uncooperative. We didn’t have a refrigerator in the room and couldn’t store our own drinks in the hotel. The parking lot was too small for our car, and the hotel was located in a remote industrial area without any shopping or kiosks. The price-performance ratio was very poor. We cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff in the hotel were very helpful & kind. Michelle went above & beyond for us & i cannot thank her enough. The food was delicious & the beds were so comfy. Its quite a way out from the city though. That was my fault as i booked last minute. I tried to exchange to a nearby city hotel beforehand but expedia wouldnt let me.

I would stay here again if I was driving

The hotel looks pretty new. The room was clean and comfortable. The service at the bar was very good, the hamburger I had for dinner was just ok. The breakfast buffet is another extra $8 but it is worth it (no eggs though). The receptionist in the evening shift was not the best but the one who checked me out in the morning was lovely. I would stay here again but only if I was driving like this time. Staying here without a car is probably not a good idea because there is nothing close by.
