Overall had a great time at Bel Art. It is very well located in Barcelona and the staff were great. However, one thing to note is that the sound proofing is very very poor. Anytime someone entered or exited their room we could hear it, people’s morning alarms, staff etc. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll have trouble getting a good night sleep here .

Could be better

Unfortunately I didn’t like my stay that much at the hotel, the aircon didn’t work very well and the hotel didn’t have a fan, it was very very warm and I couldn’t cool the place down. Also the bed was uncomfortable and clearly needed replaced as it was dented which lead to uncomfortable sleep, the door in the bathroom seemed faulty and the handle was broken, the lighting fixture in the bathroom would move and appeared broken and the shower had grime and was clearly dirty. I was very disappointed.

We were booking a double room but given a single twin bed. Lucky my brother flight was delayed so he didn’t join us until next day. Overbooked and poorly managed on their end. A single room they gave us was like 100 sq ft but we paid for DOUBLE - two beds room. Poor and will never stay at this hotel again.
