    First of all, the overall experience was bad. They had given me instructions to call a number for someone to open the door after hours and that didn't happen. The taxi charged us double to return us, a family of 4 including 2 kids, to the airport at 4am to we wouldn't be on the street. Then another taxi and another hourly hotel to rest until they open and we could check in. total of over 400 euros extra expenses due to the bad communication from the staff. Had we had found another place to stay, we would have never gone back to check in. But everywhere was sold out. I was very clear about not wanting any cleaning to our room and Melina said to hang on the door the little tag if we ever wanted the room to be clean. I never did and instead I placed the "do not disturb" sign. I noticed someone had been in our room because trash was empty and two clean towels were on my bed. Come next day at night we were packing because we were flighting to Athens 6am and were leaving the place 3am when I realized thing missing. In my personal bag one of the two Beats Pro cases with the headset inside and from my oldest daughter's personal bag one case of her solo Beats only that she had the headset out and only apple wired headset was inside with charger cables. I immediately contacted the staff and reported it but nothing was done. I wanted to see the camara footage from the hallway to see the person that went into room and what they took

    This hotel was a great home base as a solo traveler! Excellent location, within walking distance to all major sights. Loved the kitchen access and free snacks!

    Quarto grande que acomodou confortavelmente 4 pessoas, cama ótima, chuveiro quente, limpo. Funcionários atenciosos, o diferencial que oferecem café, chá, pão, manteiga, geleias tudo sem custo. O local também tem disponível, tudo para se fazer uma refeição. 👏👏👏
