Je réserve avec vous depuis plus de 20 ans je ne comprends pas pourquoi je ne pouvais pas payer directement sur votre site. Transfert bancaire demande m’a coûté 50 can. Appartement pour 6 personnes seulement 2 couteaux et 2 assiettes, il avait des tasses verres et petites assiettes pas de verres à vin,lave vaisselle inutile puisqu'il faut partager les ustensiles. Pas de couverture seulement un drap et une jetée. Porte de douche manquante, pas de tablette dans la douche faut tenir shampoing savon etc dans nos mains. Douche téléphone brisée. Les lits simples ne sont pas convenables pour des adultes les chambres ont l'air des cellules de prison. Des chaises brisées dans la salle à diner. Pas d'instruction pour faire fonctionner le four, poêle et micro onde ( très compliqué) . L'emplacement était parfaite. Après avoir envoyé le transfert bancaire selon eux ils avaient reçu 15 euros de moins. Sans vérifier si c'était leur banque qui avait retenu des frais ils m'ont demandé de faire un autre transfert de 15 euros j’ai refusé après vérification avec ma banque où j’ai travaillé pendant 42 ans et dont j’étais vice présidente. Il faut aller chercher les clefs au centre ville l’enfer, ils ne trouvaient pas les photos de passeport que j’avait envoyé le 21 septembre, le bureau n’est pas tenu et c’est géré comme le désordre qu’on y trouve à l’emplacement.
