The room we were originally assigned to looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. There was a bad odor and there was a cockroach in the shower. When we notified the front desk the nice lady moved us to a different room. The reception was good but the room could be better. The breakfast had limited choices but was still good.

I lifted up the blanket to go to bed and someone had peed on the sheets. Obviously they weren't changed. Breakfast had no fruit or protein.

Room was flat out nasty, pillows, bed spread, carpet all had stains and were dirty, the remote control had something sticky and gooey on it, the shower was disgusting, looked like it had never been cleaned. The toilet seat had marks on and it was chipped in several places. The towels were all stained and smelled. The worst experience of my life with any motel.

This place was dirty with a homeless man sleeping in the lobby. No one at the front desk for over 15 min. Then when she came she was rude and combative. Met a “guest” while looking for an employee who said she didn’t work here “but was here all the time”. And from what we saw of the lobby and our self guided tour looking for an employee the place was dirty and nothing was secure. I literally walked into there housekeeping, security room, and behind the desk where everything was unlocked and no staff were present. We got a hotel across the street but the Rodeway Inn refused to issue us a refund. 0 stars unless you are a roach or bedbug I wouldn’t risk staying here.

I walked in weary and ready to lay my head down anywhere. Based on the reviews I thought this place would be a decent budget option. Knowing it was budget I wasn’t expecting much, but what I got was so far below even a basic standard that I don’t know if I would ever recommend staying here. The first room I was placed in was supposed to be a “suite” big enough for our pack and play. Based on the pictures I would have called it a decent room. In reality I got a room that smelled heavily of weed, it looked at though if had not been cleaned but the bed was just made and there were bugs in the room. I went to the evening clerk who was actually very sweet and kind and gave me a new room immediately. The next room was an updated room. I was very excited to finally have a place to sleep and put out child to bed. The room was outfit with a decent color linoleum floor that was unfortunately sticky. Used dishes in our room, dirty sheets, no toiletries and a clogged toilet and a hole in the bathroom door. I once again went to the clerk and was given a third room. This one had no sign on the door. It has carpet and a bed that at least smelled clean. The toilet worked. We set up the pack and play, and my partner and I slept in our clothes. In the morning I went to the front desk to check out and the person didn’t ask how my stay was so instead I tried to voice my concerns but she didn’t seem to care. I will never stay here when visiting Huntington again.

Very courteous staff; easy on/off highway with lots of nearby services. Basic hotel but clean and affordable. Happy with our stay…they were very nice to our dog :-)
