Super Unterkunft!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit allem was man so braucht. Die Umgebung war zum Spazieren gehen mit Kind und Hund super. Man ist innerhalb von ca 30 Minuten nach Pula oder auch Rovinj gefahren für Ausflüge.Katja ist zudem sehr nett, immer erreichbar gewesen, hat mehrmals den Pool kontrolliert und sogar sehr leckeres Grillfleisch aus ihrer Metzgerei vorbei gebracht.

Perfektes Haus

Alles war von Anfang an super. Toller,sauberer Pool und gepflegter Garten.Komplett umzäunt und deshalb für unseren Hund perfekt. Schöne große Schattenterrasse diean bei heißen Temperaturen braucht.Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr leise.

Alles wirklich toll

Es ist ein tolles Haus und megasauber. Alles wie beschrieben und Katja als Gastgeberin einfach Weltklasse. Sie hat uns sehr leckeres Grillfleisch aus dem eigenen Feinkostladen mitgebracht und war immer erreichbar. Dieses Haus ist für Leute, die Ruhe suchen einfach perfekt.Auch unser Hund fühlte sich in dem großen und gepflegten Garten sehr wohl. 👍

Einfach nur perfekt!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und unsere liebevolle und freundliche Vermieterin Katja. Das Ferienhaus ist top, perfekt ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool wurde alle 2-Tage gepflegt und kontrolliert, was alleine für den Punkt Sauberkeit für sich spricht. Der Standort des Hauses, die Raumanordnung, Pool etc. Ist einfach alles stimmig und für jedermann zu empfehlen!

Alles super

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dem Haus gewohnt. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern. Es war sehr schön. Katja war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Auch ein Urlaub mit Hunden war überhaupt kein Problem. Bei dem Pool ist zu erwähnen, dass die erste Stufe sehr tief ist. Es ist ein relativ tiefer Ein- und Ausstieg. Wir haben uns eine Liege an den Rand gestellt zum abstützen. Ansonsten war alles super und wir würden wieder kommen.

Toller Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Sehr schöne Zeit in einem schönen Haus!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist wirklich alles so wie beschrieben! Der Garten ist auch ganz toll! Unser Hund hat ihn auch sehr genossen! Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es dafür zu kalt war, das fanden wir sehr schade! Für Ruheliebende ist die Lage ideal! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Katja war sehr nett!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Finca ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Das Objekt liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf ,aber alles ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Katja hat super funktioniert und sie ist sehr nett. Klare Weiterempfehlung:)

Traumhafter Urlaub im traumhaften Ferienhaus

Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist wunderschön ausgestattet, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Ein toller großer Garten, komplett eingezäunt, also perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hund. Der große Pool rundet den entspannten Urlaub ab. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön, absolut ruhig, trotzdem sind alle schönen Städte gut zu erreichen. Katja die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Nochmals vielen Dank für den Wein und das super Leckerei Fleisch aus der eigenen Metzgerei. Und natürlich für den wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ich kann dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen! Die Besitzerin Katja war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend! Es war sauber. Die Lage war genial. Bis Pula war es mit dem Auto ca 30min und der Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto auch bloß ca 8min entfernt. Es war ruhig man konnte sich wirklich entspannen und für die Hunde war es auch top! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Katja an dich auch nochmal vielen Dank.

Wir würden das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen jedoch selbst nicht nochmal wieder kommen

Ferienhaus sehr sauber, schön ruhig gelegen. Es gab jedoch hier und da mal kleine Probleme mit der Technik auch der vorhandene Kamin (Pellets) konnte leider nicht genutzt werden. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit über Whats App für uns erreichbar. Probleme konnten mit ihr vor Ort sehr schnell und freundlich geklärt werden.

Hat alles gepaßt

Ich kann mich den Vormietern nur anschließen. Das Haus ist exakt, wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Hab ich auch schon anders erlebt - da wurden Fotos von 3 Ecken gemacht und der Gesamteindruck war dann ein ganz anderer. Das war hier überhaupt nicht der Fall. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Sie kam zum Check In Sonntags Abends und erklärte alles. Gute Kommunikation auch während des Urlaubes. Wie schon beschrieben muss man etwas Fahrtweg in alle Richtungen einplanen, aber das ist kein Problem, wenn man es vorher weiß.

Ruhiges Fleckchen mit toller Ausstattung

Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Küchenausstattung war bemerkenswert hochwertig und vollständig. Alles neu und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Einziges kleines Manko: etwas langsames Internet (vor allem wenn man auch etwas arbeiten muss/möchte). Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war immer topp!! (Riesen-Tipp: sie besitzen eine Metzgerei und die Grillsachen sind hervorragend!!!)

Alles perfekt

Das Haus mit seiner Ausstattung ist perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt gewesen. Jeder der Erholung sucht kann 100% sicher sein diese hier zu finden. Für Ausflüge in die nächst größeren touristischen Städte wie Pula, Rovinje, Porec oder Rabac muss man immer 30-40min Fahrtzeit kalkulieren. Zumindest waren diese trotz Ferien in fast allen Bundesländern immer Staufrei und flüssig zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Katja für den schönen Urlaub
