Villa Tina Barban has a total of 170 m2 and is divided into 2 houses. As there are two separate houses on a shared property, this is perfect for two families or two groups of friends. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in total. Each house consists of a living room with a fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both stylishly furnished houses have a covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your family or friends. The olive trees add a traditional Istrian touch to the well-tended garden. A large outdoor pool invites you to refresh yourself on hot summer days! There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower around the pool. Your children are sure to enjoy the small playground in the garden! A private car park for 4 cars is also available. The villa offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday in Istria! Villa Tina Barban is located in the small village of Dobrani, which belongs to the municipality of Barban. The picturesque bay of Raski Zaljev, with numerous natural beaches and crystal-clear sea, is 3 kilometres away. Due to its central location, the village of Dobrani is an excellent starting point for excursions, bicycle tours or hiking tours. The region of Istria offers a variety of natural beauties and cultural sights that should not be missed. The villa is located about 20-30 kilometres from the tourist coastal towns such as Pula, Pore, Rovinj, Labin and Rabac. These towns have countless cafes, clubs and restaurants where you should definitely try first-class gastronomic delicacies such as Istrian smoked ham and olive oil. For families with children, we recommend a trip to a water park. The ideal choice for a relaxing yet exciting holiday!

We stayed here for two weeks in june/july '23 and our experience was excellent.

We stayed here for two weeks in june/july '23 and our experience was excellent. The house is wonderful and the location is great. Having a car is necessary to fully explore the area. The villa has a lovely swimming pool and a well-maintained garden. The owners were nice and welcoming and readily available to assist.

Wir sind von dem Haus begeistert! Es sieht alles genau so aus wie auf den Bildern: top gepflegt, sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist extrem gut durchdacht. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Etwas abgelegen in totaler Ruhe gelegen, aber dennoch nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom nächsten kleinen Strand entfernt. Auch Pula ist mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, sollte man etwas brauchen. Als Willkommensgeschenk stand sogar ein selbst gebackener Kuchen für uns bereit und auch zum Abschied gab es etwas Selbstgemachtes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir sind von dem Haus und Grundstück sehr begeistert! Wir waren 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesen tollen Häusern und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Häuser und der Garten sehen wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Lage ist einfach nur toll für Ruhe suchende. Die Besitzer waren auch wirklich toll sehe sehr nette Menschen und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen .
