Pros for this property are its location, free parking, good air conditioning (it was in the upper 80s when we were there in August) free coffee, water and snacks, and nice staff.
Cons would be the rooms. We had two double queen rooms, with next to no electric plugs, no door hooks or a desk lamp in one room, things left in the drawers in one bathroom, and the bathrooms just weren’t in great shape. It served its purpose for the 3 days we were there, but at $400 per room, I expected the rooms to look like the website photos. That being said, it was probably better than a lot of other places and you could walk to restaurants and the harbor without ever moving your car.
