Staff was very friendly and helpful. View was excellent when asked for ocean view. Close enough to Bar Harbor to get there easily. Beds could use a firmer mattress but they still were good.

Sunrise views and a pristine pool just a few miles from Acadia are the highlights but the stay was not perfect. Staff was not responsive and there was an apple rotting under the bed but the view in the morning was amazing. Why no microwave or coffee maker in the room? Trips to the lobby are no way to start the day!

The furniture was a hodgepodge of mismatched items. Lamps were shaky, as were the shades. Drawers in the dressers would not stay closed. The bathroom was incredibly small. The window had a hook on it to keep it closed, which felt shady and unsafe. We stayed one night as we had no choice and then checked out early. The desk staff was very helpful with the early checkout and refund, which we greatly appreciated.

Appears to be recently renovated. Room is spacious and nice. Beds very comfortable. Easy to check in with snacks. Ocean view from the room. Pool was warm and refreshing even in September. Only negative would be the bathroom is slightly small. But air conditioning gets super cold and shower gets really hot. Worth the money.

We loved our stay. The location was a surprise. It's off the main road but its so quiet and private. The view was amazing. Sitting on the deck relaxing after a long day was nice. The staff, including Jovi were great.

Great stay!

Wonderful hotel in Bar Harbor! Sunrise view was beautiful and hotel room was one of or favorites! Very clean and fast check in process. Snacks in the morning were a bonus too! Would stay here again! We went to the chart room for happy hour!

Very convenient location to Acadia Nat’l Park and Bar Harbor. Beautiful vista! The outside pergola was a wonderful area to sit and relax. The continental breakfast was better than expected. I definitely recommend.
