A Great Room with a View
Step inside and immediately feel the warmth of the soaring vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and the natural light pouring through large windows that perfectly frame the breathtaking mountain scenery. The great room invites you to sink into comfortable leather seating arranged around a TV and a custom stone fireplace with gas logs—ideal for cozy evenings after a day on the slopes or trails.

The dining area flows effortlessly from the living space, keeping everyone connected. With a dining table for eight and four additional seats at the nearby counter, it's perfect for big family meals, holiday spreads, or casual breakfasts before heading out for a day of exploration.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- This home is pet friendly, allowing up to two well trained and mature dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet.
- Mountain Sunrise is accessed via an inclined but fully paved driveway. Due to the steep, curvy roads on Sugar Mountain, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. Chains may also be required during and after snow/ice fall.
- Garage is not available for guests.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
​​​​​​​Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
