Special Place

The "Cote Sauvage" is one of the most amazing locations you will ever experience and this hotel is uniquely situated so that you can take advantage of this unspoiled coast. We stayed 5 nights in a room for two adults and one child, which turned out to be a more than adequate junior suite with privacy for everyone. Facilities were great with two pools (one outdoor saltwater and one indoor). We played tennis and booked horseback riding nearby and generally took advantage of everything the island had to offer. Definitely rent a car when you go here so you are not stuck on the hotel grounds. Staff was of course went out of their way to make us comfortable. Have the breakfast buffet and then venture out for lunch and dinner elsewhere.

Par contre le prix élevé de la chambre (250 euros par nuit) n est pas en correspondance avec la qualité : papier peint décollé à différents endroits, joints de la douche noirs donc moisissures et une plinthe des toilettes recollée grossiÚrement. Pas de climatisation

We were surprised to see that the menus in the restaurants, particularly in the restaurant gastronomique, were surpressed. We really like the dining room there, but we are not able to eat a course meal in the evening.

Aucune serviette Ă  disposition au niveau de la thalasso et pas de presse dans l’hĂŽtel. Aucune anticipation des besoins des clients (on doit demander constamment). Plus de produit douche dans la salle de bain Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Le sens du service est vraiment Ă  revoir. Je suis habituĂ©e de ce genre d’établissement et lĂ  vraiment je trouve que ce n’est pas Ă  la hauteur.
