Room was a great size for a couple of days, and the hotel was well located. Food + drinks were great in the pool area, while the bed situation could do with adjustments to allow for more people to use the space.

This was a nice and clean hotel. Rooms were very clean, hotel staff was friendly. Only downside is they need to monitor who is coming into the hotel; there’s a couple of drifters who seem to sleep in the lobby and definitely using the pool when they do not belong to the hotel.

We booked an "extra" room, it was well worth it to have the space for 4 nights. Was great to have a coffee (pods) machine in the room. Like many hotels, there's never enough space for hanging a wet towel or swimsuit, our room didn't have anything. The hotel is a bit of a walk ~15mins from Sukhumvit

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Toiletries included are high end. Beds are comfortable. Coffee maker and kettle in the rooms were nice. Everything was very clean, although our room had a musty smell. Pool area was nice. Restaurant and bar on the 27th floor was a bonus to have in the hotel. The breakfast area and buffet was excellent. Although we didn't use it, there was a hotel shuttle service to the mall near by. Great location, walkable to amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

the room that we had stay "1816", the room area layout are no good, the bed and the wardrobe are very narrow, it is difficult to walk across to the coffee table and window side, we were knock against by the bed corner many time when walk across to the coffee table and window side.

I really had an excellent stay. Just be aware the Japanese onsen on site comes at an $20 extra cost per entry (the day pass is misleading as it means one entry but you can stay as long as you want. I still recommend it it’s very clean. The restaurant by the pool is great. Great service and convenient for remote workers. The restaurant from the rooftop offers different choices and a fabulous view at night.
