Check-in - excellent Room - excellent Service - excellent Taproom - excellent Breakfast - okay Pool area - good It was our luck to be there the same time as a business conference and it became busy when they broke for the day and breakfast on our first morning. Not all the facilities were open, the hydro pool which we wanted to try was closed. The breakfast on the second morning changed this to a four star rather than five star review. We were the only guests in an annex to the restaurant, no staff came to takeaway plates till near the end, hot drink order wrong. We felt that we had been forgotten about. The food quality is the same as most 4/5 star hotels. I came to the Salil with high expectations and left a little underwhelmed.

We loved our stay at the Salil. Mekki and Umo were wonderful at facilitating transportation and reservations. The hotel itself was beautiful and conveniently situated near tourist attractions.

Everything was excellent, from the reception on the taxi and the check-in with Prim, to all the staff on the hotel restaurant for breakfast or dinner, Dom at the aquatherapy, and all the staff on the pool. I was speechless with the quality of the hotel, especially with the service of the staff that was always kind and helpful. The room is awesome and the location is very good, walkable to many things around, with very reasonable taxi distance to the main temples. I'll definitely recommend it for family and friends, and will come back.

The Hotel is clean n comfortable n very well Maintained. Staff are excellent. They take great care to make you feel comfortable. The food was awesome. Location is great n the ferry to IconSiam works. Asiatique is a 5-7 min walk n is a good evening dining place. Shopping is good. Thank you to all staff n reception desk.

my husband and I stayed a week; it was the perfect place to explore Bangkok along the water and to easily access most of the main Tourist Sites in BKK. The rooms are clean, spacious, with modern conveniences, and comfortable, with added convenience of a washer and dryer. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!
