The front desk staff could have been more helpful. The housekeeper was very nice and kind, truly a pleasant person. The area is a bit noisy, so it may not be ideal for those looking for a quiet stay.

This is an older hotel, but it is good condition. My biggest complaint was the lack of hot water. The first night it was luke warm, so the next day i tried in the afternoon, no hot water. It didn't matter when i tried, it was always cold. I stayed 4 nights, the first 2 I had fast internet, the last 2 nights it was painfully slow. All the staff will tell you is "I sorry".

The style of the property was a mix of Japanese and Chinese. The room was clean. The welcome gifts included a free drink and 15 minute foot massage. We really enjoyed going to Recordoffee nearby for breakfast and coffee/tea. We had an inside room, so didn't have any windows, which was a little weird, but fine for 1 night. The views from just past the pool on the deck and in the lobby are amazing. Overall, very memorable.

The location is good but the hotel is a bit run down, it needs updating and the walls are very thin, I can hear next door watching tv or making noise. The bar service is open whenever, there's not\ schedule. The food is fairly good and its handy to be close to 7/11. The pictures advertised is much better than the actual hotel.
