Everything looked great, the room was very comfortable and spacious and the bathroom was also very nice. Location is incredible. Unfortunately, the music from the club in the lobby was SO loud until the early early hours of the morning. I was on a relatively high floor but could still feel it. I can sleep through almost everything, but the vibration from the bass was too hard even for me. I would be happy to stay again, but maybe not on the weekend because of that.

I have been to Bangkok a number of times. Period the best compliment I can provide is that I will be returning to your hotel. I enjoyed the atmosphere but most of all the personnel. The receptionist whose name was Tong exceeded any expectations I could ask. She had a car ready for me at the airport and she had a car ready for me. When I was returning to the airport. She was a step ahead of me and provided me with the courtesy and the knowledge of you’re beautiful city. And I never once felt that I wasn’t wanted at your facility. I worked out daily at the gym and it had a great elliptical and a weight room that exceeded my expectations and provided everything I needed daily. So thank you for your wonderful facilities and next year I will be returning and looking forward to seeing everybody again. Please compliment not only Taam, but the excellent personnel that you have working at that facility they are marvelous and everyone exceeded my expectations.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel was well kept and the air conditioning worked really well. We really liked how this hotel was 30 minutes away from the downtown area and more in the local Thai neighbourhoods. We got to see the tourist free side of Bangkok by just walking around. Local cafés and restaurants were very nice. Highly recommend ordering Grab scooters/bikes to beat the relentless traffic.

Staff were chill and attentive when needed. Room was clean when we wanted it clean. Gave us an extra 3 hours to check out with no extra charge. Breakfast was great, pool was great. My only "complaint" is we needed to have the maintenance guy in our room to turn on the jacuzzi whenever we wanted to use it, but that wasnt much of an issue.

Terrible experience in the world. This hotel was worst. I don't recommend anyone. The staff's attitude is inhumane. It's unbelievable. We almost died. I don't want anyone to have such a terrible experience. It's the worst, the environment is terrible, the staff are not kind, it's the worst. It's the worst hotel in the world.
