Everyone at the Bazaar Hotel are lovely people.Right through to the restaurant,Starbucks.The Hotel has 2 big occassions while I was there I was not disrupted or put out by any of this as it was so well organised.I will always stay at the Bazaar Hotel every time I am in bangkok

This is a Chinese tour hotel, full of rude people and bus loads of arrivals choking up elevators. The food options were absolutely terrible. Lucky for grab. The front counter staff member told me I had to pay 1000 deposit for room key, which is questioned. Suddenly the supervisor shouted at me across another customer, and made my check in extremely uncomfortable in front of my wife. The WORST service I have ever encountered in any hotel around the world. A truely horrible woman, I felt so sorry for the staff who have to work with such a disgusting behaviour. She really should be sacked. There are much better hotels for the price. Unless you are part or a Chinese tour I’d avoid this place and never go back.

Good choice

There was one gent at reception who spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. Door concierge were also helpful. Breakfast excellent value for money yet bit of a walk from hotel. Convenient location next to Mall & subway.
