Friendly staff, great location, but dated

Very friendly staff, quick check in, and great location. This was offset by the room, which was okay, but a little dated, and, for some reason, the balcony itself, which was already facing a wall, had a partial wall or tile covering it, making the room seem dingy in the day. I guess you're paying for the location.

Conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shops. Hotel had a nice restaurant and bar as well. Pool was clean. The room was a good size, with storage and a safe, and the balcony was great.

Liked the restaurants around the area, . The hotel wasn't the cleanest , the staff from bar area,restaurant area wasn't very helpful and polite,. The front rept us off on a taxi to bus station, We won't stay there again. Very expensive place for what you get.

A very nice hotel in the centre of a busy Bangkok. So near to everything but very quiet by the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Great hotel in a great location! The street the hotel is on is much quieter than all surrounding streets, and has plenty of restaurants and shops. It's about 200m from a BTS Skytrain station, which makes it very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The room furniture and the bathroom could use an update

Decent hotel

Hotel is well situated. Staff friendly. Bed was really soft and rooms are not very modern. My main issue was 10% service charge at restaurant. In front says 3% and was charged 10%. Just include everything in price. I won't be going back.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is excellent and the menu is varied. There is an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet at night. It’s just a short walk up the street to Nana MRT.
