The hotel looks brand new, despite them celebrating their 1st anniversary during my stay. The rooms are quite nice, clean and quiet and the staff is helpful and friendly. Nice pool too. Short walk to BTS Asok station entrance. While it is very close to Sukhumvit road, it is in an alley of sorts and that is very quiet and calm. Would definitely stay again! Thank you

After traveling for 25 hours from Toronto, Canada I arrived at the hotel around 11am. I was notified my room was not ready. I decided to wait in the lobby since I desperately wanted to shower and change. This must've irritated the front desk staff and within a few minutes they proposed I could pay extra to check in now. I paid and magically my room was ready. Although the room was comfortable I'd never stay here again. I've never paid for an early check-in at other hotels. I find it incredibly inconsiderate and opportunistic to not accommodate an early check-in especially when the hotel was not busy.

Typical Japanese hotel, very clean and organize. About 5 mins walk to Schuvmit station. Strongly recommend this hotel if you are not budget tight.

The Sotetsu Grand Fresa Bangkok was clean, quiet, in immaculate condition, and safe! Big thank you to P’Ploy and P’Queen who showed incredible care and compassion during my stay when I experienced sickness during the early morning hours. Not only did they offer to call a taxi to the hospital, they also catered to my requests and continued to check up on my condition throughout the night into the following days. I could not have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be back in the future!

One of the best hotels that I stayed in Bangkok. With very reasonable price range but clean, quiet, absolutely kind employees and to have filtered water. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who is looking for a clean, friendly hotel at a very good price.
