Exceptional stay. We stayed 7 nights and had an amazing stay. Some of the highlights are great and friendly staff, free water in room, shuttle boat to IconSiam, plenty of street food outside the hotel if you don’t want hotel food, great breakfast and buffets. The hotel may not be brand-new but it is nowhere as run down as some people say on here. The price is right and the location is fantastic! Can thoroughly recommend!

Room smelt a bit stale and had a lot of issues connecting to the internet. Yui in the tours office was great - very friendly and informative.

The lounge on the 27th floor is in the evenings completely overcrowded and resembles a pub. The snacks seem low end. For breakfast it is the opposite, nice atmosphere and great selection of food. The rooms are small and dark, seems they save on electricity, a bit depressing.

Great location, good hotel only down side when you check on they want to take in advance 6000 bhat for 2 people for things you may vhsrge to room. But takes 14 days to refund back... not good
