Lovely room, a quiet oasis from the noise and bustle of the streets below. Only “drawback” is how the bed is fully in the line of sight when the room door is open.

Wonderful hotel with an awful Chinese restaurant

The facilities at the hotel are excellent as is the service. The only disappointment was the Chinese Restaurant. The food was clearly below any acceptable standard. We tried close to a dozen dishes. Not a single dish was of acceptable quality. This chef clearly does not have the right touch. It is not surprising that in the middle of the tourist hight season we were the only guests in the restaurant,

Wonderful rooms. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent location (plus direct connectivity to the sky train). Great rooftop bar. The concierge could have been more efficient and timely. Overall highly recommended

Thoughtful and prompt service takes the cake!

Loved the room. Super lux and fancy with the view of the city. Service was stellar as the staff on call (via WA) was quick to meet out requests. Housekeeping was prompt and I think they cleaned up the room twice a day. Love the thoughtfulness and little surprises they left in the room (or sweets, handwritten notes and glass cleaners). Have stayed in various 5* hotels but the service here takes the cake

Impeccable Experience

Impeccable experience throughout the stay. High quality service and prompt response. I don't usually stay in the hotel for breakfast but Rosewood Bangkok is exceptional.
