The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious. The mattress was hard and tough to sleep on. We had a kitchen but no pots and pan were available to use.

The front desk person was rude. They over charged me for one extra person. Almost twice as much with out up grating the room. I would of been better off having 2 rooms. The room was not as clean as before. the food was not as good. I do not know what has happen to the place.

I love the design and the spacious rooms. There wasn't a microwave or laundry service but it wasn't advertised as having it. So I don't think it should go against the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I loved every day I stayed here.

Very nice hotel in well kept settings, if one don't mind staying out of Bangkok City. Spacious rooms/ apartment. Very friendly and service minded staff every where on the premises. Stayed for 4 weeks - it would have been nice with more hangers, kitchen utensils and hooks in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen were a bit outdated. As we were 5 adults in the apartment, we missed armchairs in the living room (there were only one sofa) Wondered why there were so many TV channels, but not a single English speaking channel.
